Being diagnosed with JRA was a very difficult struggle for me and a hard personal battle, but with the support of my family, friends and the Arthritis Foundation I have not only learned about the disease itself, but also how to live a good life with Arthritis. I’ve been blessed and have overcome the symptoms, but what about the others, those millions of people that fight against any form of Arthritis every single day? I am committed to help and support this cause!

That is why I am taking on the challenge to make a difference in our community by participating in the Arthritis Walk as part of "Let's Move Together," the Arthritis Foundation's nationwide movement that encourages people to move to prevent or treat arthritis.

Why am I involved? Not only because I suffer from JRA, but because right now 1 in 5 people suffer from the pain of arthritis. By the year 2030, 67 million people in the U.S., or 1 in 4 adults, will be living with arthritis.*

Join me in the movement and help me reach my goal. "Let's Move Together" to improve lives and reduce the pain of arthritis.
